Each year our client vets thousands of applications for positions in its UK operations. Many times that number of letters, faxes and reminders to referees, previous employers and educational bodies are sent out as part of the vetting process.
The database stores all the information relating to an applicant and their progress through the vetting programme. It batch processes all the necessary correspondence by initiating appropriate mail merges; and there is provision for instant export of individual record details to word-processed documents.
The database stores records of any telephone calls and comments that relate to an application.
